New England Patriots @ Indianapolis Colts - Colts -2.5
Saturday @ 8:30 PM

We've reached the point of the NFL season where games start being played on Saturdays and this one is a spot I've always liked taking advantage of.  The Patriots are the new darlings of the league, with the Super Bowl buzz around them growing by the second.  The media and public alike are talking about how good of a team they are and that is when I like to strike on the other side.  It worked well for me earlier in the season with the Cincinnati Bengals so I'm looking to go back to it here.

The New England Patriots are a good football team but in a season that features the most parity the league has seen in a long time, I think this team is getting too much love.  The Colts are a good football team as well, featuring arguably the best running back in the league in Jonathan Taylor.  The Patriots under Bill Belichick have always sported a great defense but I think Taylor and the Colts offensive line might be too tough to handle.  On the other side, the Patriots want to run the ball and the Colts have been stout in defending that this season.  I like the Colts to win by at least a field goal in this one.

Tennessee Titans @ Pittsburgh Steelers - Steelers ML
Sunday @ 1:00 PM

It's been well-documented on this site that the Steelers have been a roller-coaster ride of a football team this season and I mentioned that we need to start tempering our expectations going forward.  However, I feel like this is a great spot for them that they can capitalize on.

The Steelers defense has been porous of late but the Titans sport an offense that is pretty banged up - top running back Derrick Henry and receiver A.J. Brown are out.  The Titans' current running backs are D'Onta Foreman and Dontrell Hilliard, names that very few people knew before the season started.  I know there is a lot of volatility with this Steelers team but playing at home, in what could be considered a "must-win" game, I like them to put forth their best effort.  Also, the Steelers as a home underdog under coach Mike Tomlin are 13-3-2 historically.  I think the Titans have been playing over their heads a little bit, so I like the Steelers to take this one at home.

Antonio Wolfe - 2021 Overall Record: 20-22 (14-9 NCAA, 6-12 NFL)

Antonio is on a self-imposed suspension for one week after last week's embarrassing 0-4 performance, although he wanted to note that his wife's cousin will be at the Steeler game this weekend and he has reportedly never seen a Steeler loss in person.
